Residential Cleaning Technician

As a Residential Cleaning Technician, you’ll go directly from your home to various cleaning locations, including houses, apartments, Airbnb units, and student housing. Your responsibilities include routine and deep cleaning, move-out cleanings, and turnovers for short-term and student rentals. This role suits individuals who work well independently, are detail-oriented, and are comfortable with some travel to job sites.

General Requirements:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of professional cleaning experience
  • Driver’s License: Valid license with a clean driving record
  • Vehicle: Reliable vehicle ownership
  • Insurance: Proof of auto insurance and vehicle registration
  • Washer/Dryer Access: Required
  • Smartphone: Capable of running company apps
  • Background Check: Must pass
  • Drug Screening: Must pass
  • Training: Complete onboarding and pass all exams
  • Travel: Comfortable with travel to job sites (dispatch from home)

Compensation package:

  • Base Pay: $2,000/month (full-time)
  • Bonus Incentive: $10 per completed job
  • Tips: Employee retains 100%
  • Pay Schedule: Bi-monthly, 5th and 20th of the month
